Value Engineering: During design, we analyze cost/benefit factors for various building systems and components, providing input to the architect concerning potential cost savings.

Scheduling: Illustrated graphically, our scheduling system integrates all phases of planning, design, and construction. Scheduling updates function as a management tool and method of reporting progress.

Reporting: Reporting requirements vary from project to project. Our Project Control System (PCS) allows for a tailored response to the reporting needs of each client. We use the PCS to ensure a clear definition of responsibilities, effective documentation of all activities, and as a means of keeping all members of the projects team informed of progress and status.

Management: The personal involvement of our top management, combined with sixty years of experience and technical expertise, enables us to construct projects at substantial savings in both time and money.
